Personal-The son of Bob and Martha Plambeck, Rob was born in Omaha, Neb., on July 11, 1985. He was an academic all-state student in high school, and was a member of National Honor Society and the Gold Honor Roll. He has two sisters, Anna (18) and Sarah (15), and two brothers, Joe (20) and Ben (12). Plambeck is a biology major.
