Personal-The son of Ernie and Kathy Salazar, Curtis was born in Greeley, Colo., on Sept. 24, 1987. He has one sister, Cassidy (24), and two brothers, Cameron (21) and Corey (17). Curtis is a business administration major at Nebraska.

 

What was your most favorite Christmas present?  I got a puppy when I was 11

 

Would you rather be water skiing, hunting or bummin’ it on the beach? can I say snowboarding?

 

What do you consider yourself “good” at?  creative with my hands, like woodworking, landscaping and extreme sports.

 

What’s your favorite memory of your grandparents? being spoiled

 

Would you rather draw a picture, read a book or write a letter? draw a picture, something obtuse, like doodling.

 

What’s your idea of “dressing up”? and if you did, where would you be going?  a suit or sports coat.  An expensive dinner with my girlfriend.

 

When was the last time you put on a suit and tie?  during fall break.  I dress up to go no where.

 

Are you afraid of anything?  afraid to go beyond the edge of comfort. I don’t want to fail.

 

If you could own a pet, what would it be?

Do you have a hobby?  I like to cook!

 

Which teacher most influenced your life?  Why?  Earth Science teacher, Mr. Cacian, he taught me to have fun.  3rd grade teacher, Mr. Ingersoll, he taught me structure and discipline, he was my friend.

 

Where was your most favorite vacation?  going to Europe, especially Netherlands and Germany

 

What other sports do you enjoy?  extreme sports and baseball
